●必要になれば出来るもの

今、ちょうど終わった探偵ナイトスクープの「受話器を挟みた～い」を見た。

自分もなで肩なので、できる気がしなかったけど、最初の会社で働いているうちに、自然とできるようになってたなあ。

最初の部署が顧客管理部門兼カスタマーセンターだったので、営業部・パートナー企業からの問い合わせもあったし、クレーム対応しなければならなかった。でもって、電話で話しながら、顧客データを開く必要にせまられることに。いわゆるコールセンターではないから、ヘッドセットもないので、受話器をはさまないことには、話しながらパソコン操作ができないからねえ。

そういや、はさみやすいように受話器につけるアタッチメントを見かけたなあ。あれは、自作だったのか。市販品だったのか。
