会津若松市：住基カードに住民票交付機能 ／福島
住基カードに、市立会津図書館の貸出カードの機能が加わるそうだ。たしかに、利用資格のチェックもできるし、理にかなっている。そのほかにもいろいろな機能がついている。住基カードの住基ネットの本来の売りを遺憾なく発揮していると言える。
でも、これで住基カードをなくすとかなりの一大事。クレジットカードやキャッシュカードの比ではない。便利さを得るということは、それなりのリスクも負うということか。このあたりが、住基カードの普及率0.28%の原因なんだろう。
